Lesly Kernisant, M.D.

President and Chairman of Simact, Inc. 

He is also the CEO & Chairman of the Board of Preferred Health Partners, P.C. in Brooklyn, New York, one of the largest Medical Group practices in New York City with over 750 employees, 170 physicians serving a patient population of well over 150,000. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Clinical Instructor and Lecturer in Gynecology at Brooklyn Hospital Center. Among his memberships and directorships, Dr. Kernisant was the first Vice-President of the National Association of Haitian Physicians and was the Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Central Brooklyn Medical Group and is President and Founder of SIMACT, Inc., the parent company of SIMACT Belle Rive, Inc. Dr. Kernisant received his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine. He is also a prolific writer, having published extensively in major newspapers and local magazines.

Jean-Marie Wolff

Director.

Mr. Wolff is the CEO of ESP Realty, Inc. in Westbury, New York. Prior to founding ESP Realty in 1999, Mr. Wolff spent over 30 years in banking. His career includes leadership positions at the Royal Bank of Canada in both Port-au-Prince and in New York, where he was Manager of Operations and Systems and later Manager of Corporate Banking, during which time he managed a $230 Million portfolio.
Mr. Wolff was also a Senior Credit Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and a Vice President at Fleet Bank. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Long Island Board of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, and the Long Island Multiple Listing Service. His firm is a registered and certified representative of US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and of VA. He is a certified representative of Housevalues.com, Priceahomeonline.com, and Homegain.com. Mr. Wolff has an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master’s in Real Estate Investment from New York University.

Daniel Faustin, M.D.

Vice-President , Simact, Inc.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of BUH, one of the oldest banks in Haiti.Dr. Faustin is an OB/GYN and serves as a Consultant orAttending Physician at nine hospitals in Kings, Queens, Suffolk and Nassau Counties,New York. He is also a Partner of the Madonna Physician Services Group in New York and has served as President of the New York Chapter of the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad and as Vice-President of the Alliance of Overseas Haitians. Dr. Faustin studied medicine at the Faculté de Medecine of the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. Among his many business involvement, he is the manager of a popular Radio station “Radio Tropicale” and owns substantial shares in other television and newspaper media serving the Haitian-American communities.

J. Roosevelt Clérismé, M.D.

Director. Past President of Simact Tourism, Inc.

Dr Clerisme has an extensive investment portfolio in Haiti ranging from real estate holdings, Apartment complexes, land and even a small health center, founded by his family .Dr. Clérismé is from a long line of successful professionals. His brother , a recent member of the Preval Cabinet, his brother is a member of the clergy, well known in Haiti as a great philanthropist. He is board certified in GeneralPsychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry and has held leadership positions in different institutions, as Associate Medical Director at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center; and as Unit Chief, Associate Chairman of Psychiatry and Director of geriatric Psychiatry at Jamaica Hospital. He is on the Executive Board of the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad and has been involved in educating the Haitian community about health issues through radio and TV programs, health fairs etc. He is the founder and president of Correct Health in Haiti, Inc., a non profit organization supporting a rural clinic in Haiti. Dr. Clérismé received his medical degree from the Faculté de Médicine in Port-au-Prince. Gracia A. Jean, M.D., Director. Dr. Jean is a Shareholder of the Central Brooklyn Medical Group in Brooklyn, New York, where he serves as OB/GYN
Attending Physician. He obtained his medical degree from the Faculté de Medecine et de Pharmacie in Port-au-Prince and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Fritz Clairvil, MBA

Executive secretary of Simact, Inc

Mr Fritz Clairvil is also President of Eco-Trade, the commercial arm of the company dealing with trade involving woods, wood products and other basic necessity items. He is also the V-President of Simact Foundation, Inc, in charge of implementing key initiatives such as connecting the young Haitian-American talents with the developmental needs of Haiti. Mr Fritz is a very successful Haitian-American entrepreneur, owning his own real estate firm, Optimum realty, a well known sponsor of social events for the benefit of community empowerment. He is a very dynamic organizer, a social activist, a power broker and a passionate advocate for the helpless and powerless Haitian expatriates.

Gracia Jean, MD.

Treasurer and President of Simact Foundation

Dr Gracia Jean, a founding member of Simact is now the treasurer and President of Simact Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the company. A permanent fixture at all board meetings, Dr Jean is a board-certified gynecologist, a clinical instructor and past director of outpatient practice at the Catholic Medical Center in Queens. He is also involved in coordinating the Simact Foundation activities for the past 4 years.

Serge Pinard, LUTCF, CFP

Simact director, the Public Relation director for Simact.

He is well known in the Haitian-American community for his extensive work in retirement planning and financial planning ion general. A founding member of Simact, he is the voice that heralds convincingly the true vision of the company. He is an executive member of Axa Advisors in Long Island, NY

Narcisse Versailles,M.D

President of Simact Realty, Inc

Dr Versailles is a retired Obstetrician Gynecologist, a well known medical practitioner in the community for many years. He, like most Simact directors, shares in the vision of an eventual Haitian Renaissance.

Jean D. Joseph, M.D.

President of Simact Agro-Industry

Dr Joseph with steadfast determination has transformed the simple idea of farming into an actual project that presently is enjoying its first harvesting period. More than 30,000 banana plantains being harvested as we speak. With over 200 acres of farming land being made available by many prospective Simact shareholders, it is expected that the agricultural segment of Simact will take off. Dr Joseph, an obstetrician-gynecologist is still practicing and teaching at the Kings County hospital of Brooklyn

Pierre Fritz Jean-Noel, M.D., MBA.

Board certified psychiatrist, Dr Jean-Noel is a multitalented individual. He is currently the residency training director for Adult Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry at the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. Aside from medicine, Dr. Jean-Noel holds a master degree in business administration and he is a great website designer, being responsible for designing and maintaining our present website. He is a Simact director contributing substantially to the growth of the organization.
